ACTN4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,260 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTN4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACTN4_S656, SAMD4B, and FBLIM1. Each is linked with ACTN4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTN4-to-partner and partner-to-ACTN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTN4 versus ACTN4_S656 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
