Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTN4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,500 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACTN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTA2, CNN1, and TAGLN. Each is linked with ACTN4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTN4-to-partner and partner-to-ACTN4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTN4 versus ACTA2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
