Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTN4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Lck, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and RBM15. Each is linked with ACTN4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTN4-to-partner and partner-to-ACTN4 results are reported.
