Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACTN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,126 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAF1, NIBAN2, and AHNAK. Each is linked with ACTN4 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTN4-to-partner and partner-to-ACTN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTN4 versus PAF1 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
