ACTN3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,040 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTN3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OLFML1, OSBPL3_S304, and S100A11_S6. Each is linked with ACTN3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTN3-to-partner and partner-to-ACTN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTN3 versus OLFML1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
