ACTN3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTN3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,969 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDE1A, SYNE1, and LMOD1. Each is linked with ACTN3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTN3-to-partner and partner-to-ACTN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTN3 versus PDE1A in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
