ACTN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,942 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CACNA1C-AS1, RNA5SP419, and RNA5SP420. Each is linked with ACTN3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTN3-to-partner and partner-to-ACTN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CACNA1C-AS1 grouped by ACTN3-low versus ACTN3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
