ACTN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,107 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PALM, CEP170, and CLINT1. Each is linked with ACTN2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTN2-to-partner and partner-to-ACTN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTN2 versus PALM in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
