Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,715 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAL1, SORBS1, and CASQ2. Each is linked with ACTN2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTN2-to-partner and partner-to-ACTN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTN2 versus TAL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
