ACTN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,576 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZWINT, MND1, and CKS2. Each is linked with ACTN2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTN2-to-partner and partner-to-ACTN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZWINT grouped by ACTN2-low versus ACTN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
