ACTN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,273 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THBS1, TUBB6, and C1R. Each is linked with ACTN1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTN1-to-partner and partner-to-ACTN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTN1 versus THBS1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
