ACTN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,381 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FN1, CALD1, and CNN1. Each is linked with ACTN1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTN1-to-partner and partner-to-ACTN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTN1 versus FN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
