ACTN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAI-1, PI3K-p85, and Snail. Each is linked with ACTN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTN1-to-partner and partner-to-ACTN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PAI-1 grouped by ACTN1-low versus ACTN1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
