ACTL8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACTL8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTL8-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNP1, DPT, and LRIT1. Each is linked with ACTL8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTL8-to-partner and partner-to-ACTL8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TNP1 grouped by ACTL8-low versus ACTL8-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTL8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTL8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
