Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACTL6A mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ACTL6A data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ACTL6A mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACTL6A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and GBM show a favorable association.

LUAD, UCEC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where ACTL6A mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
