ACTG2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,907 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTG2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CALD1, CNN1, and SMTN. Each is linked with ACTG2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTG2-to-partner and partner-to-ACTG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTG2 versus CALD1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
