ACTG2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTG2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,191 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNN1, MYH11, and TSPAN2. Each is linked with ACTG2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTG2-to-partner and partner-to-ACTG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTG2 versus CNN1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
