ACTG1P25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTG1P25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,860 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTG1P25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IPO9, SMARCA4, and CDC73. Each is linked with ACTG1P25 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTG1P25-to-partner and partner-to-ACTG1P25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTG1P25 versus IPO9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTG1P25→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTG1P25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
