Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACTG1P22 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ACTG1P22 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ACTG1P22 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACTG1P22 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and SKCM show a favorable association.

HNSC, SKCM, and KIRP are the cancer types where ACTG1P22 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
