ACTG1P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTG1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,639 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTG1P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EEF1A1P10, NPM1P27, and EEF1A1P16. Each is linked with ACTG1P2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTG1P2-to-partner and partner-to-ACTG1P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTG1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTG1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
