Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACTG1P19 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ACTG1P19 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher ACTG1P19 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACTG1P19 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and LUSC show a favorable association.

KICH, DLBC, and LGG are the cancer types where ACTG1P19 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
