Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACTG1P15 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ACTG1P15 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher ACTG1P15 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACTG1P15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and LIHC show a favorable association.
KICH, STAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where ACTG1P15 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
