ACTG1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,075 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR3B, S100A12, and CXCR1. Each is linked with ACTG1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTG1-to-partner and partner-to-ACTG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
