ACTE1P

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTE1P mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTE1P-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATF4P2, NF1P10, and RNU6-502P. Each is linked with ACTE1P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTE1P-to-partner and partner-to-ACTE1P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATF4P2 grouped by ACTE1P-low versus ACTE1P-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTE1P→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTE1P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
