Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 516 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PABPC1L, SALL4, and DIDO1. Each is linked with ACTC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTC1-to-partner and partner-to-ACTC1 results are reported.
