Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACTC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,725 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of actomyosin structure organization, Potassium ion transmembrane transport, and Positive regulation of supramolecular fiber organization. Each is linked with ACTC1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTC1-to-partner and partner-to-ACTC1 results are reported.
