ACTC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACTC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 310 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KDELR1, SH3GL2, and C1QBP. Each is linked with ACTC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTC1-to-partner and partner-to-ACTC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KDELR1 grouped by ACTC1-low versus ACTC1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
