ACTBP9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTBP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,650 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTBP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTBP11, ACTBP2, and PABPC3. Each is linked with ACTBP9 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTBP9-to-partner and partner-to-ACTBP9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTBP9 versus ACTBP11 in STAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTBP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTBP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
