Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTBP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,006 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTBP9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of response to wounding, Response to reactive oxygen species, and Establishment of cell polarity. Each is linked with ACTBP9 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTBP9-to-partner and partner-to-ACTBP9 results are reported.
