ACTBP7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTBP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,028 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTBP7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLOD1, PLOD2, and MAP7D1_S460. Each is linked with ACTBP7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTBP7-to-partner and partner-to-ACTBP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTBP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTBP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
