Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACTBP15 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ACTBP15 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ACTBP15 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACTBP15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and SKCM show a favorable association.
ACC, BRCA, and LGG are the cancer types where ACTBP15 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
