Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ACTBP11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ACTBP11 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher ACTBP11 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ACTBP11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and UCS show a favorable association.

MESO, KICH, and COAD are the cancer types where ACTBP11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
