ACTBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,279 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTBP11, ACTBP9, and ACTBP2. Each is linked with ACTBP1 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTBP1-to-partner and partner-to-ACTBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
