ACTBL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTBL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,548 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTBL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NNMT, LAMB3, and LAMC2. Each is linked with ACTBL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTBL2-to-partner and partner-to-ACTBL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTBL2 versus NNMT in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTBL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTBL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
