ACTBL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTBL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,457 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTBL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPM4, SYDE1, and CEACAM4. Each is linked with ACTBL2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTBL2-to-partner and partner-to-ACTBL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTBL2 versus TPM4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTBL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTBL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
