ACTB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,473 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTB-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFFO1, SYNC, and NEXN. Each is linked with ACTB in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTB-to-partner and partner-to-ACTB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTB versus IFFO1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTB→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
