ACTB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACTB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTB-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT71, PRSS54, and LGI1. Each is linked with ACTB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTB-to-partner and partner-to-ACTB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT71 grouped by ACTB-low versus ACTB-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTB→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
