ACTA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTA2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, PDCD4, and Tuberin_pT1462. Each is linked with ACTA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTA2-to-partner and partner-to-ACTA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by ACTA2-low versus ACTA2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
