ACTA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,002 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VIM_S83, ZNF592_S331, and PDLIM3_S89. Each is linked with ACTA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTA1-to-partner and partner-to-ACTA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACTA1 versus VIM_S83 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
