ACTA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACTA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACTA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with ACTA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACTA1-to-partner and partner-to-ACTA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by ACTA1-low versus ACTA1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACTA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACTA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
