Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSS3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,011 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are AFF3, DLC1, and LIN7A. Each is linked with ACSS3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSS3-to-partner and partner-to-ACSS3 results are reported.
