ACSS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,712 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OXSM, BOLA3, and COX11. Each is linked with ACSS3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSS3-to-partner and partner-to-ACSS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OXSM grouped by ACSS3-low versus ACSS3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
