ACSS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACSS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTR3D, IFNA1, and TMEM196. Each is linked with ACSS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSS3-to-partner and partner-to-ACSS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HTR3D grouped by ACSS3-low versus ACSS3-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
