ACSS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,212 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACSS2_S267, ACSS2_S30, and UQCC2. Each is linked with ACSS2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSS2-to-partner and partner-to-ACSS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACSS2 versus ACSS2_S267 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
