Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,819 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACSS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PXMP4, ZHX3, and TUBB. Each is linked with ACSS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSS2-to-partner and partner-to-ACSS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACSS2 versus PXMP4 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
