ACSM6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSM6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,886 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSM6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBGCP5, SSRP1, and MTA2. Each is linked with ACSM6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSM6-to-partner and partner-to-ACSM6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBGCP5 grouped by ACSM6-low versus ACSM6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSM6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSM6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
