ACSM5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSM5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,277 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are LPXN, SF3B6, and INSL6. Each is linked with ACSM5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSM5-to-partner and partner-to-ACSM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
