ACSM5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ACSM5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,501 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE2A, ACSM2A, and OR51M1. Each is linked with ACSM5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSM5-to-partner and partner-to-ACSM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
