ACSM4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,475 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ACSM4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are F13A1, STAB1, and CAPZB. Each is linked with ACSM4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSM4-to-partner and partner-to-ACSM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
