Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ACSM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,334 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ACSM3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEKHA6_S808, CLINT1, and DDAH1. Each is linked with ACSM3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ACSM3-to-partner and partner-to-ACSM3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ACSM3 versus PLEKHA6_S808 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ACSM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ACSM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
